Judy Hunter Director of Operations

Judy has been employed with Creative Minds
Montessori School since opening in 2008 in the position of Director of
Operations. Prior to CMMS, Judy was the President of Hunter Human Resource
Solutions, Inc., a Human Resource Consultant located in Boyertown, PA.
Judy is a result-oriented, human resources professional,
with over twenty-five years of demonstrated success in the areas of
recruitment, employment law, employee relations, conflict resolution, safety,
management training, and workers’ compensation. Ms. Hunter has completed
numerous trainings and career courses and has been published in the 422
Business Advisor. She holds her AA in Business Management from Ursinus College
and BS in Phycology and Organizational Behavior Albright College. Ms. Hunter
always makes sure everything is running smoothly behind the scenes so that our
focus is strictly the students and their individualized educational journey.

Angelica Matos Toddler - Lead Teacher

Angelica Matos began
working at Creative Minds Montessori School in 2021 as an Assistant Teacher in
our Toddler Classroom. She was promoted
to Lead Teacher and is currently completing her Infant/Toddler Certification
from North America Montessori Center. Angelica
graduated from Dr. Rafael Bello Chacin University in Venezuela with a Bachelor
of Science Degree in Law/Education. She
brings her bilingual skills to our classroom as she guides our toddlers to reach
their independence and self-confidence utilizing the Montessori environment.

Christine Weller Primary 1 - Lead Teacher

Creative Minds Montessori School is pleased to have Christine
Weller rejoin our staff. Previously,
Christine worked for seven years in our Toddler and Primary rooms. She pursued her dream and completed her
Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Studies from Grand Canyon University in 2021. Christine has 20 years of childcare
experience in various ages. Christine
has completed her Infant/Toddler Montessori Certification from Northern
American Montessori Center in 2017.
Christine is excited to start her journey as the Primary Teacher and
work on completing her Primary Montessori Certification.

Mandy Lobaugh Owner, Primary 2 - Lead Teacher

Mandy Lobaugh opened Creative Minds Montessori School in 2008. She was the Lead Teacher in our Toddler Classroom until 2018. Currently she is the Lead Teacher in our Primary 2 Classroom. Mandy holds a BA in Psychology form Cedar Crest College. In addition, she has completed her AMS Infant/Toddler Certification from Princeton Center Teacher Education. She has also completed her Early Childhood Certification from North America Montessori Center. Prior to opening CMMS, Mandy began her Montessori journey in her own home where she held a Montessori Classroom. Mandy has over 20 years of experience in childcare, 15 of those years are in Montessori Education. Mandy is continually amazed by what children are able to learn when they are given respect and provided a “prepared environment”.

Jacqueline Jamison Infant - Lead Teacher

Jacqueline Jamison began her employment with Creative Minds Montessori School as an Assistant Teacher in our Primary Classroom in 2015 and later was promoted to Lead Teacher in our Infant Classroom. Jacqui holds a BA in Fashion Marketing from Philadelphia University. She has completed her Infant/Toddler/and Two’s Certification from North America Montessori Center. Ms. Jamison applies her artistic ability to her work by taking charge in many of our school art projects, shows, and creative work for the children. Ms. Jamison works hard to lay a strong foundation of growth for our youngest learners.

Melissa Zawislak Elementary - Lead Teacher

Melissa Zawislak has worked at Creative Minds Montessori School since our opening in 2008. She was our Lead Teacher in our Primary 1 Classroom from 2008 until 2018. She has become our Elementary Teacher teaching grades K – 3rd grade. Prior to joining our staff, Melissa worked at an alternative school, teaching high school for 3 years. Melissa hold a BS in Special Education K-12 from Bloomsburg University. She earned her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from West Chester University. In addition, she hold a Private Academic License from the Pennsylvania Department of Education. She completed her AMS Early Childhood Certification from Princeton Center Teacher Education. In addition, she has completed her Early Elementary Certification from North America Montessori Center. Ms. Zawislak offers a bright and bubbly classroom, much like herself. She promotes positive learning and self-discovery for each of her students. She encourages her students to find what interests them most and she helps guide them when they feel stuck or unsure. She also helps her students develop accountability, manners, and responsibility. As the children grow, she helps each of them in pathing their way to success!
