Admission Process
Admission is a two-fold process designed to provide parents with the opportunity to learn more about the school, its philosophy and policies, and its people. We think of it as enrolling families, not just students, and our goal is to select families who will both benefit from and contribute to what the school has to offer.
Openings in each age level are limited, so it is important to register your child as soon as possible. There is a one time non-refundable $75.00 registration fee per child. Upon review and acceptance or your application, a non-refundable deposit equal to two weeks tuition is required to hold your spot. This will be credited toward the last two weeks of care. The following paperwork will be required to complete the registration:
Creative Minds Montessori School does not discriminate in admission and accepts students regardless of race, religion, or ethnic background.
The admissions procedure is as follows:
- Parents schedule a tour without child/children
- Parent and child visit the classroom for approximately 20 minutes (in the classroom the child would attend)
- Parents complete the Student Application and return to CMMS with the registration fee
- Enrollment date is confirmed after two week deposit is received
Please note - Admission forms are required by the Department of Human Services (formally Department of Public Welfare DPW) and MUST BE UPDATED ACCORDING TO DPW REGULATIONS (every 6 months or whenever a change occurs)
